Alan Chaffee CPA, Consulting Partner at Chaffee Geddes Chucka, PLLC.
In addition to 13 years of public accounting experience, Alan has 9 years progressive private industry experience as a CFO and COO for middle market companies.
Alan’s background in managing successful middle market companies combined with his CPA expertise allows him to bring a unique operational perspective to clients.
Alan’s primary focus is our CFO Consulting practice. In our CFO and Controller for hire practice we focus on business consulting, operational accounting, internal controls and cost management for our business clients.
Alan’s team has been successful in helping public companies meet the demands of the Sarbanes-Oxley Sec. 404 requirements. – His approach has allowed companies to reduce the cost of compliance and the gain key operational benefits at the same time.
Alan also provides a broad range of support to companies (public and private) required to meet complex filing requirements. Additionally we have served as the interface between the external auditor, financial organizations and the Client.
Alan has been married for 14 years and they have three wonderful kids. Alan has been an avid climber for 20 years and he and his wife have climbed all over the United States. When he is not training to climb he is running marathons.

Craig Chucka, CPA and Accounting Partner at Chaffee Geddes Chucka, PLLC
Craig’s comprehensive career in the finance industry came full circle when he returned to join Alan Chaffee and Dave Geddes as a partner in 2003.
Craig first worked for CGC in August 1993 after graduating with a bachelor's degree in accounting from Western Washington University.
Chucka went on to serve as controller for a Private telecommunications company. In this position, he was a key part of the team that took the company public on the NASDAQ.
When he returned to Chaffee Geddes Chucka he was well-equipped with experience from the private and public financial sectors to lead the company as partner.
Craig focuses on providing Accounting Services and CFO services to middle market companies.
Craig has been married for 16 years and has twin daughters and a son. Craig enjoys running marathons when he is not supporting his kids in their athletic endeavors.

Dave Geddes, CPA and tax partner at Chaffee Geddes Chucka, PLLC has been with the firm since 1993.
Dave earned a Masters of Accounting degree from Brigham Young University.
He began working for KPMG immediately after graduating from college. Here, Dave learned good technical skills while being exposed to high-level financial and management issues.
With more than 25 years of experience working in large, mid-size and small CPA firms, Dave helps people solve tax and financial issues and plan for their futures while maintaining the right perspective about what’s important.
Helping business’s and their owners integrate both the business and personal tax planning is his key focus.
Dave’s outside interests include tennis, family, church and he is actively involved with the Boy Scouts.
